In this role, you will:

  • Manage customer inquiries, payment performance and disputes

  • Provide support regarding portfolio payment performance, potential or emerging risks in conformity with business risk appetite and policies and procedures

  • Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives

  • Interpret policies, procedures and compliance requirements

  • Receive direction from supervisors and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of the portfolio management responsibilities and the credit functions, analytical tools, policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders to meet customer and business needs, minimize portfolio risk, and maintain compliance with policies.

  • Daily account management and prioritization of a wide range of tasks

  • Escalate risk concerns to management timely, making recommendations on what actions are necessary to reduce risk.

  • Participate in less complex consulting services and identify opportunity for providing credit and portfolio expertise

  • Identify and assess account performance, as well as potential and emerging risks, and partnering on credit and portfolio strategies within the scope of responsibilities

  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in portfolio management


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Portfolio Management/Customer Service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field

  • Inventory Finance experience

  • Commercial Banking experience

  • Strong Customer Service Skills

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders

Job Expectations:

  • Posting may come down early based on applicant volume

  • May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards

Pay Range

$80,400.00 - $143,000.00
