Key job responsibilities
- Execute and/or manage Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order process for IT needs across the region.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding forecasts, fulfillment and on time delivery.
- Main point of contact for material issues both internal and external with suppliers.
- Have a strong understanding of bill of material concept, processes and general discipline.- Support all devices through New Project Intake (NPI) to end of life, establishing material strategies to support warranty requirements even beyond end of manufacturing.- Work closely with global and regional suppliers to proactively eliminate shortages, as required.
- Be responsible for monthly / quarterly metric reporting.
A day in the life

Your ability to drive successful outcomes in complex, cross-functional projects will be essential in this position. You'll balance strategic thinking with practical implementation, always keeping the customer experience at the forefront of your decisions.
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 1+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience as procurement/purchasing analyst, or other operational role within a procurement organization
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
