About the Senior Product Manager
- Championing the development of Digital Turbine’s platform for advertisers, helping them to acquire, retain and re-engage their customers.
- Owning and delivering success on revenue growth by developing a compelling product vision and roadmap, and performing in accordance with it.
- Leading and motivating a cross-functional team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintaining team morale.
- Acting as a focal point across the company, working with Marketing, Legal, Sales, Account Management and Customer Support to assure best market fit while driving business results and product growth.
- Monitoring progress of initiatives through the product development life-cycle, identifying risks and opportunities and keeping stakeholders informed.
- You should be passionate about the opportunity of managing the product process from idea to successful launch of the product that generates significant revenue targets.

About you as the Senior Product Manager
- 3+ years of experience in the mobile ad tech industry.
- Experience taking one or more products through the full product cycle, from proposal to launch.
- Vast experience working with platforms for direct advertisers and optimization of performance demand.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical and business-oriented terms.
- Strong analytical and technical knowledge in product usability.
- Ability to think big, but able to build a phased and measured approach to achieve that vision.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and development teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills and a problem-solver mindset.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
