You’ll support EY professionals by guiding them through the regional travel process, facilitating travel planning and booking, and ensuring all arrangements comply with firm policies. You’ll manage travel requests from start to finish, including approval of reservations, monitoring travel disruptions, and maintaining real-time travel trackers. You’ll also contribute to team development by collaborating across departments and sharing best practices.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and instructions to EY professionals on the regional travel process in the region.
- Approve registrations, ensuring accuracy of reservation details.
- Facilitate travel planning and booking for flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Review and approve travel arrangements, escalating high-value flights as appropriate.
- Ensure all bookings comply with EY’s travel policy, including preferred vendors and cost thresholds.
- Prioritize travel for client-facing trips, leadership travel, and urgent business needs.
- Act as a point of contact for travel policy guidance and ensure requests are approved by appropriate leadership.
- Maintain travel tracker on a real-time basis and escalate issues promptly.
- Monitor travel disruptions and proactively assist with rebooking or rerouting.
- Maintain contact with travelers during high-risk or complex itineraries and severe weather events.
- Collaborate with executive assistants, office managers, travel coordinators, and learning lead.
- Maintain clear records of travel itineraries and approvals.
- Provide timely communication to travelers and report weekly to management on travel booked and issues.
- Use EY approved travel platforms and troubleshoot issues with the firm’s Travel Management Company.
