- Be a leader throughout the Wix Ukraine Customer Care Team — understand our business, influence positive change to meet the business objectives, and help implement managerial and people-related strategies
- Partner with and coach our leaders in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, growth and development, wellbeing, change management and other areas of HR
- Work closely with partners and colleagues across different locations
- Identify people trends within the business, and work with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to design and implement solutions
- Participate in the final stages of the recruiting process while developing a strong partnership with hiring managers and candidate advocacy
- Multi-task on various projects and initiatives
- Promote Wix’s values and culture throughout the employee journey
