In our NIKE Retail Stores we use special job names for our positions: a Store Manager is called "Head Coach", an Assistant Store Manager is called "Assistant Head Coach", a department manager is called "Coach", a team leader is called “Lead“ and a Sales Associates is called "Athlete".

As anyou are
:

  • In this role you will be planning and creating the creativeoutput of our Nike by You space as well as the execution and day to day operations of NBY tomaintain a profitable business inside the store.
  • Own the activation calendar for our Nike by You spaces across the different floors fromFootwear, Jersey, Mens, Womens and Kids
  • Create briefing for key city and commercial moments to support creative andmarketing teams to execute membership experiences inside our NBY spaces.
  • Program a stable calendar in balance between brand and key commercial moments to driveprofitability for NBY.
  • Work with external partners and agencies across design, production, budgeting, andliquidation for NBY.
  • Oversee inventory and replenishment process for NBY 365.
  • Plan and execute staff and resources to drive flawless executions with our NBY service(WFM).
  • Work effectively across the organization with consumer direct marketing teams, city marketingteams and store commerce teams to execute our launch strategy
  • Participate in weekly integrated marketing meetings and share progress.

What you bring:

  • A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
  • Some experience in retail and/or leadershippositions.
  • Very good command of English language(written andspoken).
  • Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service.
  • Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
  • Strong focus on communication.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive retail experience including experience in management.
  • Enthusiasm and passion about sports and / or sports fashion.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
