WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

  • Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Development Experience
  • Strong technical capabilities and ability to give towards programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, Test Class Development, and Coverage
  • Strong experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and hands-on knowledge of writing custom web services.
  • Validated understanding of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits, and Force.com development standard methodologies
  • Working experience with Test Automation tools like JUnit, JEST, Selenium Web Driver, UTAM, etc.
  • Validated experience with DevOps standard processes and tools such as Jenkins, Git, SFDX, etc.
  • Observability and Monitoring experience - using tools like Splunk, SignalFX, and other monitoring and logging platforms to assist in incident response and minimize system downtime
  • Experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, IAM
  • Experience with object-oriented programming and design, preferably Java
  • Familiarity with Front End technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JSON, etc)
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud offering
  • Salesforce Admin Skills and Familiarity – declarative automation tools
  • Experience in delivering software in the Agile Environment
  • Maintain Salesforce Development Standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to efficiently connect with both business and technical teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • A "self-starter" individual who takes initiative and is highly motivated to work independently, demonstrate proactivity, and achieve goals without constant supervision.
  • Encouraged to provide technical troubleshooting and product support daily.
  • Dedication to and hands-on experience in performing technical code reviews.
