Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
- 5 years of experience with one or more of the following: speech/audio, reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), Machine Learning (ML) infrastructure, or a similar ML field.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Experience in delivering reliability of infrastructure using data driven insights and machine learning.
- Experience in data management, data quality, data governance, data architecture, and data modeling.
