Your responsibilities will be to:
Design Assembly Machines: Based on Line of Requirement (LOR), design and develop assembly machines.
Design P&P Machines: Create Pick and Place (P&P) machines using robots such as 4-axis and 6-axis for insert molding.
Non-Standard Automation: Design non-standard automation solutions for motor components and assembly processes.
High-Speed Line Inspection: Develop high-speed line inspection systems for dimension and appearance checks.
Hardware Improvement: Improve and modify hardware for existing machines to enhance Performance, Preventive Maintenance (PPM), and reduce downtime.
Sensor/Transducer Applications: Be familiar with different types of sensors/transducers and their applications.
Traceability Systems: Have knowledge of traceability systems, including barcode and RFID technologies.
Independent Work: Work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
AI in Mechanical Design: Apply artificial intelligence techniques to mechanical design processes.
Our requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of robotics, including 4-axis and 6-axis robots.
Experience in designing non-standard automation solutions.
Familiarity with high-speed line inspection systems.
Ability to improve and modify hardware for existing machines.
Knowledge of various sensors/transducers and their applications.
Understanding of traceability systems, including barcode and RFID.
Proficiency in applying artificial intelligence to mechanical design will be a plus.
