SCCM & Endpoint Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of SCCM infrastructure, including application deployment, patch management, and OS imaging.
Automation & Optimization: Develop and maintain automation scripts and deployment policies to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Service Delivery & Incident Management: Ensure smooth operation of endpoint management services, addressing incidents, problem management, and escalations efficiently.
Compliance & Security: Implement security best practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to align deployment strategies with organizational objectives.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on deployment processes, configurations, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
With minimum 5 years of experience in SCCM & 3 years of experience in leading the team.
Proven experience in SCCM administration and endpoint management.
Strong understanding of Windows deployment, software distribution, and patch management .
Hands-on experience with Intune, PowerShell scripting, and automation tools .
Experience in leading or mentoring a team.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with BigFix, Kandji (for Mac management), and other deployment tools .
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and security hardening.
Experience in managing enterprise-scale deployments in hybrid environments.
Certifications such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, ITIL, or related .
