Your key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Indirect Tax sector, fostering relationships with potential clients to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure alignment and support in delivering exceptional value to our clients.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client engagements, understanding their unique strategies, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to connect with clients and deliver innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance client experiences and maintain ongoing dialogue to gather feedback and assess satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Monitor and present on key performance indicators related to business development efforts.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • An executive presence with an energetic and engaging style, capable of working independently and in a team environment.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor’s or post-graduate degree.
  • Relevant experience, including some previous experience in business development within the professional services sector.
  • Managers – 6+ years of experience
  • Senior Managers – 10+ years of experience
  • A strong understanding of the Indirect Tax landscape and related services.
  • Project management experience and a proven track record of success in complex account management.
