• Decode the strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and operational plans.
• Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the aligned key executives providing insights and recommendations.
• Represent the team in leadership meetings, operational reviews, and transformation programs when required.
• Manage the operating cadence including setting agendas, driving alignment, and ensuring timely execution of actions.
• Drive internal communications related to strategic priorities and operational initiatives.
• Ensure the correct functioning of the solution, supporting problems that arise on a daily basis.
• Execute, support and maintain technology projects after the transition period, ensuring that they were implemented correctly.
• Comply with established the SLA (service level agreement).

• Experience: 10-12 years in project management in professional firms, consulting, or multinational corporations.
• Formation: Administration, Economics or similar. Project management certification (PMP, Prince2 or Agile) desirable.
• Languages: Intermediate-advanced English.
• Skills: Operational leadership, executive communication, analytical thinking, crisis management, trust, and confidentiality.
