You are responsible for:
- Cardiovascular Product Sales & Market Expansion: Achieve sales targets and expand market share in Korea. Develop key accounts and acquire new customers.
- Strategy & Sales Planning: Align with Philips IGTD team strategy, manage accounts, monitor sales, and establish monthly/quarterly sales plans and forecasts.
- Customer Development & Product Performance Management: Identify customer needs, monitor product performance, and ensure continuous engagement.
- Sales Presentations & Internal Training: Conduct product presentations for new and existing customers. Support internal training and share best practices.
- Competitive Analysis & Product Enhancement: Analyze competitor products and provide insights to improve company offerings. Stay updated on current and upcoming products.
- Dealership Operations & Performance Management: Oversee dealership operations, monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction, analyze market data, and support marketing initiatives.
o succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in medical equipment/device sales, including at least 3 years in the interventional coronary market.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with various medical devices and technologies. Preferred: Cath Lab certifications or strong sales experience in Cath Labs.
- Ability to work independently in a commercial role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
