Your key responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering large scale, complex supply chain management and transformation project, include a focus on Digital Solutions will apply their extensive knowledge in digital manufacturing, supply chain planning system implementation, e-procurement solutions, and supply chain analytics to enhance and innovate clients' supply chains. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in leading industry tools and strategic thinking to optimize business processes.You can expect to work with high-level client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance specific functional areas within your specialized area of supply chain.
As a Manager/Senior Manager, you’ll balance client, business development, operational and people leadership.You will advise and support global Supply Chain, Technology and Manufacturing leaders to define and deliver breakthroughs in performance through Industry 4.0 digital Manufacturing programmes. Key responsibilities includes:
Partnering with manufacturing digitisation leaders to develop strategy, framework, standards and governance in support of Industry 4.0 initiatives
Lead the delivery of Industry 4.0 projects and programmes
Develop technical requirements, reference architectures and specifications for digital manufacturing solutions in order to ensure consistent approach
Drive Proof-of-Value efforts to determine digital solutions that eliminate manufacturing losses
Run the technical design, development, validation and operationalization of digital solutions
Align closely with security and OT teams to ensure implementations meet security requirements
Engineer solutions to ensure scalability and reliability based on requirements and sizing
Integrate solutions with systems and third-party software both on premise or in the cloud
Focus on our clients
Build trusted relationships and be a recognised Supply Chain & Operations leader
Be adept at problem-solving with client leadership, leveraging your skills to agree a pragmatic approach before helping to manage this to completion
Develop a book of business across several clients and become more skilled at managing multiple projects concurrently, often with resources in different parts of EY’s world

A recognized university degree in Supply Chain Management, industrial engineering or business or related field.
7 years of consulting experience with a focus on supply chain and operations, preferably within a consulting firm environment.
Demonstrated expertise in digital manufacturing, with hands-on experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change in complex environments.
Relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM, Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed to client sites and other locations.
