Design, build, and maintain robust Marketing Automation solution including journey builder, consumer journey orchestration, multiple channels communications, personalization and experimentation to meet business need.
Innovating, solution designing, and implementing highly available, scalable solutions, focusing on highly valuable marketing initiatives.
Execute comprehensive performance testing, and tune performance to meet business needs if encounter bottleneck.
Innovate and adopt engineering practices into continuously deliverables.
Contribute to the construction of new features and identifying areas for improvement proactively.
Collaborate with technical team members to develop integrations to provide a seamless flow and delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or other technical areas or equivalent experience.
3+ years’ experience developing robust enterprise solutions, APIs, and services.
Hands-on coding experts with development skills in Java, NodeJS, etc.
Experience with NoSQL (Document DB, Dynamo DB, MongoDB, Redis) and relational database (MySQL).
Experience on designing and developing microservices and rest APIs, as part of entire technical solutions.
Deploy and maintain distributed production environment and resolve technical issues.
Hands-on experience working in a distributed/cloud-based environment (AWS preferred) with high transaction volumes.
Experience in microservices architecture, domain driven design with cloud based, DevOps way.
Experience working with product owner, other development teams, and QA teams to accelerate software development and increase quality.
Collaborate with a globally distributed team, have ability to work collaboratively at all levels in matrix environment.
Previous experience in managing digital programs in marketing technology (MarTech) domain knowledge or retail/e-commerce industry is strong plus.
Fluent English and Chinese communication skill (including oral and written).
