As a Transactor within Global Trade’s Receivables Finance and Inventory Finance products, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, negotiating and executing structured receivables and inventory finance transactions. You will work closely with clients to understand their working capital objectives, identify opportunities and recommend bespoke structures. While the origination focus of the business is on structured portfolio receivables finance transactions, the product will also be responsible for bilateral single obligor receivable, inventory finance and commodity trade finance facilities executed and managed by Global Trade.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Trade Sales and Global Corporate Banking team to recommend structured off-balance sheet solutions to enhance our Client’s working capital position
- Partner closely with finance, product, legal and risk functional colleagues to ensure product delivery is seamless and structures can be adapted to meet bespoke customer needs
- Support and participate in pitching, structuring and execution of a transaction. Prepare and review data analysis including cash flow models, stress test models and other analytical tools
- Manage all aspects of a transaction execution including socializing with internal partners, preparing credit analysis and approval materials, leading approval discussions, developing operational processes and negotiating legal documentation
- Assist with product strategy and management related tasks including, product build-out and product expansion to new booking locations and jurisdictions
- Understand and assess competition, market, macro-economic and regulatory dynamics
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven professional experience including trade finance experience with a focus on structured receivable transactions
- Significant experience of structuring and transaction experience, with strong working knowledge of corporate finance, credit risk, corporate credit and legal risk
- Experience with structured product management and governance
- Knowledge of alternative financing structures for receivables, including securitization, and borrowing base facilities
- Proven knowledge of relevant accounting policy guidelines applicable to receivable purchases and understanding of enforceability / perfection requirements in major trade receivable jurisdictions
