The impact you will make in this role

• Performing data analytics to monitor and assess monthly rebate and assess monthly rebate accrual results for accuracy.
• Suggesting areas of improvement for market development fund (MDF) and rebate issues and coordinating the implementation of those improvements.
• Create, analyze, and prepare REC296 SOX compliance report.
• Investigate, enter tickets, or confer with analysts, by Sales District for GL Reconciliation.
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively to ensure metrics are being accomplished.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, and/or Finance discipline or three (3) combined years of experience in Business, Accounting and/or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be Fluent in English.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with SAP. Knowledge of Vistex is a plus.
