Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects related to data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling, ensuring they meet EY's high standards of excellence.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop innovative Data and AI solutions that drive value.
• Guide and mentor project teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through exceptional service and effective communication.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance EY's offerings.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, statistics, or a related field.
• 4-8 yearsof professional experience in the Data and AI field, with a proven track record of success in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Knowledge and interest in data technologies.
• Good understanding of data architecture concepts – DWH, data fabric, data lake, lakehouse.
• Hands on data engineering expertise.
• Deep expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Experience and good understanding in data management practices – data quality, master data management, meta data management, data lineage etc.
• Strong business understanding to map data & analytical solutions with business needs.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
