Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • +years of relevant program or product management experience shipping features for end-users.

  • Ability to wear many hats and learn quickly, and the collaborative leadership skills to lead a change in direction when needed.
  • Experience across the entire product lifecycle – from productinceptiontoGAand theknow-howrequiredto lead yourteamto realize your vision.
  • Innate curiosity and ability to thrive inambiguousand rapidly changing environment.
  • Solidproductmanagement, leadership, dependency management and cross-group collaboration skills witha track recordof managing complex projects with many partners.
  • Written and verbal communication skills and a desire to create a collaborative team culture.


Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $108,100 - CAD $199,700 per year.

Responsibilities
  • across Microsoft and our ecosystemtointegratelow code technologiesin Teams.
  • Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery of capabilities.
  • Successfullyvalidateand improvetheproduct over time through measurement and experimentation.Analyze data to understand user behaviors,identifyopportunities for growth, and quantify the impact ofreleases.
  • Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope andquality.
  • Engage with customers,partners,and internal preview users, and triage, prioritize, and address customer feedback for your area.
  • Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team.
  • Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap, as well as stayin syncwith end-user features and service infrastructure.
