In this role, you will be focused on deeply understanding our advertiser customer base, their core objectives across Amazon Ads, and how our ad supply can meet those objectives. You will dive deep into the technical aspects of our products and how advertisers prefer to operate and use Amazon’s ad products, and you will work tightly with our product and engineering teams to ensure our offerings are highly compelling in meeting core needs. You will obsess over advertiser needs, collect performance feedback, anticipate how customer decisions are made, and uncover unknown business needs. You will explore new advertiser channels and customer bases and influence roadmaps for how we activate those untapped opportunities. You will work closely with ad sales executives and product marketing leaders on the tools and data insights we need to increase wins and renewals.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- 10+ years experience in the digital advertising industry
- 5+ years experience in product management, technology business development, advertising sales, or other externally facing roles.
