As a Dealer Success Manager, you will create and modify processes while collaborating with forward thinking leadership to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will educate and gain buy-in from key auto dealer stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time.
This position will be traveling up to 80 percent of the time in the Boston Metro area.
General Responsibilities:
-Training and onboarding dealerships onto different programs, with follow-up meetings to ensure product and process understanding
- Assisting in the creation of training and onboarding materials and processes for dealerships
- Product and Process troubleshooting
- Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the Sales organization
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Process Management
- At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management OR within a Dealer Vendor or Dealership
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 + years experiencewith dealer systems (CRM, DMS, etc.) as well as new tools/technology
- 2 + years of presentation and communication skills
- 2+years ein Process management ORRelationship management OR within a Dealer Vendor or Dealership
