JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients
  • Contract management (renewals & escalations)
  • Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Operations Manager
  • Assisting Operations Manager in the development and training of team
  • Responsible for Weekly, monthly, Open Jobs & OSI customer reports. Meeting minutes, as required.
  • Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives, (open calls Planned maintenance completion customer surveys, HSE amongst others)
  • Timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks and ad-hoc repairs
  • Adherence to Honeywell Policy & Procedures, in particular Service Edge

Key Experience and Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to High computer skills
  • Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an Advantage
  • Microsoft applications training / certificates (or equivalent experience) – Intermediate to Advanced level appropriate
  • Courteous, well spoken & well presented.
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications (Eg Business College) well regarded.
