Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients
- Contract management (renewals & escalations)
- Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Operations Manager
- Assisting Operations Manager in the development and training of team
- Responsible for Weekly, monthly, Open Jobs & OSI customer reports. Meeting minutes, as required.
- Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives, (open calls Planned maintenance completion customer surveys, HSE amongst others)
- Timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks and ad-hoc repairs
- Adherence to Honeywell Policy & Procedures, in particular Service Edge
Key Experience and Qualifications:
- Intermediate to High computer skills
- Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an Advantage
- Microsoft applications training / certificates (or equivalent experience) – Intermediate to Advanced level appropriate
- Courteous, well spoken & well presented.
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications (Eg Business College) well regarded.
