As a Field Service Technician at Honeywell, you will be an integral part of our field service operations, providing technical support and service to our customers. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and your problem-solving skills will contribute to the success of our field service operations. In this role, you will impact the satisfaction of our customers by ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs, and you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our field service operations
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Work & Travel Area(s)
Typical work week is Monday – Friday with ability to work overtime when needed.
Be available for off hour “Emergency On-Call” as needed.
Depending on the service requirements for a particular customer or region, this position may require significant travel as well as overnight travel
