team oversees creating and governing all transactional content that is sent to Services customers. This content is executedacross digital communicationschannels, including email, SMS, system notifications, UI messaging, social media, chatbots, and internal tools.While the primary focus will be on transactional touchpoints,also experiment with new avenues to build holistic and connected end-to-end experiences.
In this role,collaborate with designers, writers, developers, and other key business stakeholders to create, test, and improve communications. Understanding the context and where the customer is in their journey is critical to being successful in this role.
You will:
internal technical and non-technical information to compose quality writing in the form of email messages, notification texts, andothercommunicationsthat our customers can understand and use to get the most out of our service offers
Craft, write, edit, test, and improve content to align with Dell’s brand voice and the Services style guide
Become an expert in your assigned workstreams or product groups
Evaluate the customer’s communication journey across different channels to understand what information is relevant and useful to the customer
the Services Customer Communicationsteam tobecome advocates in how theyusecontent in designs and storytelling.Work alongside researchers
with trends incontentdesign and UXto stay informed of best practices

Requirements
2+ years of experience working directly inUX writing, content design, content strategy, or information architecture;8+ years of related experience in a professional role with aBachelor’s degree in marketing, English, journalism, technical publishing, or related fields; or6+ years with aMaster’sdegree or PhD; or equivalent experience
Experience writingclear, concise, and compelling contentfor different use case scenarios on a large complex websiteorsoftware applicationswithstandards inaccessibility, and globalization in mind.
Ability to design content solutions to improve systems, overcome technical constraints, and reduce content debt
Strong storytelling skills and experience sharing strategic rationale of content decisions with stakeholders
Mastery of conversational writing in United States English that is professional, yet approachable, and inclusive
Desirable Requirements
Experience working withstyle guides, transactional email templates, qualitative research,andcollaborative designand projecttoolssuch as Figma, Miro,LeanKit, and
Experience working in an agile environment, product management or UX design.
