- 7-10+ years of IT development/implementation/consulting experience, demonstrating strong understanding of SAP applications, server technology, and network security.
- Deep knowledge of SAP systems (SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Business Suite, SAP BW4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects) and SAP Basis/NetWeaver Administration.
- Experience in SAP Sizing using SAP Quicksizer, SAP system migration or upgrades, SAP High Availability architectures, SAP Backup and Recovery.
- 5 years in customer-facing roles with proven trust-building, effective collaboration, strong communication skills, and a BA/BS degree; knowledge of software development practices and technologies.
