Description
You will lead a team that is instrumental in delivering high quality releases of analytics data pipelines from client to server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics products, and leading a team of quality engineers. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- In depth experience leading a SQA or Software Development team across cultures, geography and timezones
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following technologies: Hadoop ecosystem, Kafka, Cassandra, Spark, SQL, Java, Python
- Experience managing projects and processes cross-functionally demonstrating excellent communication and influencing skills and comfortable working in a continually changing and dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution
- In-depth knowledge and experience on Test Automation planning, execution, and triage for projects on client to server.
- Excellent presentation skills, distilling complex analysis and concepts into concise business-focused takeaways
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data-driven testing
- Understand CI/CD
- Experience with AIML
