Job Description

Additional responsibilities include:

• Assist in ongoing financial analysis of various financial reports, including income statement & balance sheet reporting, variance analysis, financial KPIs, and financial trends
• Provide support to the annual financial plan and annual stress testing processes through consolidation of data and materials, variance analysis and coordination of deliverables
• Update and maintain tool used for long range financial strategy
• Assist in creation of presentations for Sr. Management
• Develop ad hoc analysis to support the needs of the business
• Drive continuous improvement in financial strategy and reporting processes.


- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis concepts and methodologies
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and Power Point. Essbase experience highly desirable
• Demonstrate a track record of accurate, detail-oriented business support.
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to translate financial information into a concise story and communicate the story to various levels of management
• Strong problem solving, decision making and continuous improvement skills
• Ability to be flexible in ambiguous situations and align the interests of multiple stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience in tax credit accounting is helpful

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $95,285.00 - $112,100.00 - $123,310.00
