Expected start date: March 2025

• Create and manage visual assets for internal communications including email templates, weekly internal newsletter, and infographics.
• Write internal business updates, people profiles, and other feature content.
• Support All Employee Meetings, including logistics and content.
• Support the strategy and operations across the SAP SuccessFactors Communications team.
• Measure and report on key success metrics of team programs and platforms.
• Support major announcements and events.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree focused in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

• Top academic achiever and passionate about technology.
• Social media and digital technology experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Video editing experience a plus.
