What you’ll achieve
As aTechnical Staff, Data Center Power Architect, you will participate in the development of next generation large scale AI Infrastructure including accelerated compute, AI fabrics and AI optimized storage. You will:
Engage with high profile AI customers to optimize solutions for their applications
Be responsible for driving the architecture of end-to-end solutions from server to data center, including air and liquid cooled servers, integrated rack solutions, power distribution and heat rejection
Innovate power-centric solutions for increasingly dense IT environments
Optimize cost, energy efficiency and performance from IT to the datacenter
Work closely with key external partners to create and communicate differentiated solutions and c
Essential Requirements
15+ years of professional experience and working knowledge of data center power distribution and thermal technologies from servers to the data hall
Product architecture/design, testing/compliance, and installation/operational experience with high power data center equipment (MV/LV transformers, solid state transformers, energy storage, switchgear, panel boards and distribution):
Solid understanding and knowledge of and relationships with key suppliers of data center power and thermal management components
Ability to travel and to assess customer requirements, develop blueprint based on the customer's geographical area with strong verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering(Advanced degree highly preferred)
Customer and partner project/program leadership experience

Deep expertise in administering Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Slack Enterprise Grid, with strong skills in platform integrations and automation using PowerShell and Graph API.
Track record of securing enterprise applications and applying identity and access management principles, including hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Cisco Cloud Email Security, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
Experience implementing and supporting AI-powered agents and enhancements, and using tools such as PowerAutomate and Google Apps Script.
Advanced problem-solving capabilities for complex networking and firewall issues, along with knowledge of release management and compliance standards such as CAB, MS Purview, and MS Defender.
Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including non-technical users and global teams.
