What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or equivalent work experience; certifications like ITIL, COBIT, Agile, Six Sigma, Slack, or Microsoft are valued.

• 7+ Years of experience administrating M365 and Google Workspace configurations.

• 5+ Years of experience with Slack Enterprise Grid administration and integrations.

• 5+ Years of experience administrating Exchange, Exchange Online, Cisco Cloud Email Security or other email systems and have implemented DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and BIMI.

• 3+ Years of experience administrating Windows and Linux OS.

• 1+ Years of building and implementing AI agents, MCP Servers, and in-product AI enhancements.

• Deep expertise in administering Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Slack Enterprise Grid, with strong skills in platform integrations and automation using PowerShell and Graph API.

• Track record of securing enterprise applications and applying identity and access management principles, including hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Cisco Cloud Email Security, Active Directory, and Entra ID.

• Experience implementing and supporting AI-powered agents and enhancements, and using tools such as PowerAutomate and Google Apps Script.

• Advanced problem-solving capabilities for complex networking and firewall issues, along with knowledge of release management and compliance standards such as CAB, MS Purview, and MS Defender.

• Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including non-technical users and global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that loan documentation and lien perfection meet bank policies and procedures and that work products are delivered in an accurately and timely manner

• Reviews documentation, performs due diligence and collateral perfection, and monitors loan documentation for a specific market segment

• Reviews documents for accuracy, timely delivery, and necessary research requirements to ensure documentation reflects the appropriate transactional information and elimination of controllable rework

• Reviews the loan approval and loan documents prepared by counsel to ensure consistency and adherence to requirements

• Designs a robust filing and organizational process to assist in completing primary financial booking and initial loan funding

• Works closely with Client Managers, Credit and Portfolio Officers, Agency Management, internal and external legal counsel, and many internal operational support units to ensure seamless execution of transactions

Responsibilities

Reviews construction draw packages, identifies and helps resolve construction and title issues, keeps accurate records of detailed construction loan budgets and all sources of funds, including loan funds and non-loan sources of funds, and ensures loans are in balance all with some supervision Serves as a point of contact for assigned clients on all loan related servicing matters for moderately complex to complex deals which may include syndicated loans and delivers a high level of service to lenders, investors, borrowers, vendors, and Lines of Business while ensuring compliance with servicing agreements, government regulations, and the bank's policies with minimal supervision Coordinates fundings with Fulfillment and Assignment Desks as needed and ensures communications are timely and accurate Performs payoff quotes and related calculations including prepayment calculations Assists Loan Administrators with their primary responsibilities and helps managers in directing workflow and performing quality assurance activities.

Required Qualifications:

Has two or more years previous commercial real estate loan administration experience Familiarity with commercial credit or commercial loan terminology Experience with reading, interpreting, and analyzing complex legal documentation such as credit agreements, and amendments Highly organized, proactive, and able to plan, prioritize and manage deliverables Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to target messaging to different audiences Effective problem-solving skills Proficient computer skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook Can work independently while balancing early escalation to ensure seamless closing Adapts well to a quickly evolving environment.

  • Understanding of phases of Windows deployment process (WindowsPE, Specialize, AuditMode, OOBE, etc.)

  • Understanding of Windows Pre-installation Environment (WinPE)

  • Able to debug issues experienced during OS deployment

• Strong Windows Debugger knowledge, ie. How to collect necessary files that can be used in Windows Debugger

• Strong Scripting knowledge: Batch file, PowerShell, Python, VBscript

Desirable Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field

• Experience with DISM, Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
