As a Professional Services Consultant, you will leverage in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and technical solutions to provide technical and consultative guidance and help the customer increase their operational efficiencies
•Maintain documentation, code levels, licensing, etc. to operationally maintain site(s) for customer
•Advise on requirements to perform assigned technical implementations
•Participate in pre-sales qualifications, proposals and solution delivery
•Share your experience and support less experienced co-workers through formal training or on-the-job mentoring•Management of classified and sensitive activities—especially during Test and Evaluation (T&E) events.
•Work with teammates to ensure all required configurations are communicated adequately and thoroughly
•Advise on updates and news related to current hardware, code, and other updates on an on-going basis
•Strong verbal and written skills and demonstrated ability to document processes for the customer
•Strong project management skills and methodologies
•5 to 8 years of related experience
•Bachelor’s degree or above
