What you will accomplish:

• Unpack, review, and sort inventory to verify product condition and authenticity

• Catalog inventory with detailed titles and key attributes that pertain to filters on our platforms

• Store, putaway, and maintain organized storage areas for inventory accuracy and accessibility

• Pack, label, and ship items within 48 hours of payment date according to established processes and carrier requirements

• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure items are processed safely and efficiently

• Own individual projects while adapting daily to changing tasks and priorities, contributing to all warehouse operations as needed

• Assist with developing and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, stowing, cataloguing and shipping

• Support testing or pilot programs for new tools, systems, or operational workflows in the incubation environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve auction items from warehouse locations based on detailed shipping orders.

• Carefully pack items to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate packaging materials and techniques.

• Process shipping labels and documentation to ensure accurate delivery to the correct addresses.

• Inspect items before and after packing to confirm that they are in the correct condition and match auction specifications.

• Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and timely dispatch of all items.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and safety standards.

Line of Business Job Description:

A first level position requiring the operation of insertion and printing equipment for processing customer statements and other customer communications for a world class statement processor. The position requires an individual who is production and quality focused and who is capable of working in a high volume and demanding continuous production environment. Associates will be exposed to 5S and Lean Principles and will be expected to comply and exhibit behaviors consistent with 5S and Lean. The individual must be a self-starter, able to be cross-trained on multiple pieces of equipment (high speed and low speed), a team player, organized, and results oriented with exceptional work habits. Physical stamina, flexibility in work schedule, and decision-making ability are also required. Position requires compliance with all department policies and safety regulations. This position will work under the direct supervision of the shift leader(s).

This area is a high security work environment. Smocks and steel toed shoes are required to be worn at all times.

2nd Shift Monday through Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am

• Counting, Verifying and Documenting vault card inventory levels.
• Print all audit reports from InfoPrint.

Required Qualifications:
