They must be knowledgeable of all methods, techniques, machines and equipment required to perform duties effectively. Expoint is looking for a team-player who is able to roll up his/her sleeves and take initiative with minimal supervision. Highly organized and efficient, the Warehouse Operator is responsible for the receipt and timely movement of product within the warehouse. They must have access to real-time data to report and document activities and information accurately. The Operator must be able to accurately receive and delivery product, preparing and providing accurate inventory reports as needed. Using mobile communication and computing solutions, the Warehouse Operator must be able to constantly adapt and become knowledgeable in the use of all technology and software used in the Expoint warehouse. They must stay up to date with technology and industry trends. The Warehouse Operator must be able to constantly collaborate with colleagues in the warehouse and across departments. They must be able to manage demanding workloads and work under pressure, create and plan processes that ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, and ensure that quality standards are met. Overall, the successful Warehouse Operator is an integral member of the Expoint team and will ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse and the successful delivery of products to customers.
