Vmware Engineer jobs

As a VMware Engineer, you’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced virtual infrastructures. You’ll provide technical expertise to design and architect data center solutions, while implementing and managing VMware vSphere software and other associated components. You’ll support the development, installation, and configuration of VMware systems, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that arise. You’ll have deep knowledge of the VMware platform, including planning for capacity, resource requirements, server infrastructure, and operating systems. You’ll also be a subject matter expert in areas such as networking, storage, and platform clustering. The ideal candidate will also be experienced in switching, routing, server virtualization, automated server provisioning, and associated troubleshooting. They should be comfortable working in Linux and Windows environments, and familiar with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as you’ll be working with teams throughout the organization to develop roadmaps and ensure successful implementation of virtual infrastructures.
