The universal banker position requires an individual with strong communication and customer relations capabilities, as well as the confidence to work hands-on with a variety of technology products. The universal banker must have a comprehensive understanding of customer's relationship and financial needs, along with the capability to listen and respond to customer inquiries and requests. At Expoint, universal banker must be willing and able to adapt to rapidly changing technology. This requires the ability to effectively utilize and endorse technology solutions outside of their experience level in order to increase customer satisfaction. Universal bankers must remain up to date with security protocols and trainings to ensure customer security. The universal banker is expected to assess customer needs and develop strategies to target their products and services accordingly. This requires the banker to be well-versed in the companies services and products, and to be able to build strong relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty. The universal banker must able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced atmosphere, while ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded. Finally, the universal banker should be knowledgeable with bank operations, financial regulations, and compliance.
