  • Strategy, Governance and Risk Management
  • Development and execution of a multiyear cybersecurity strategy and investment roadmap aligned to business objectives and federal contract requirements.
  • Development, management and maintenance of the GPS IT security risk management policy and/or procedural documentation mapped to NIST SP 800-37 (RMF), NIST SP 80053, NIST SP 800171, NIST SP 800161 (CSCRM), and NIST SP 800218 (SSDF)
  • Ownership of the enterprise risk assessment (ERA), business impact analysis (BIA), and security metrics; present posture and material risk to the COO on a recurring cadence.

Defense Industrial Base Compliance (Classified & Unclassified)

  • Manage GPS compliance with DFARS 252.204-7012, 252.204-7020, and 252.204-7021. This includes:
    • Leading DFARS/CMMC readiness and ongoing compliance.
    • Serving as the Affirming Official (AO) and maintaining an accurate SPRS selfassessment score with defensible Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs).
    • Achieving and maintaining CMMC certification at level 2.

Detection, Response & Resilience

  • Develop, manage and maintain GPS incident response program.
  • Lead SOC and CSIRT functions: 24×7 monitoring, threat intelligence, purple/redteam exercises, and executive tabletop drills.
  • Maintain and test the Incident Response Plan and Cyber Crisis Playbook, including regulatory/customer communications and forensics preservation.

Effective Business Integration

  • Ensure development of fit-for-purpose solutions that support the business activities.

TEAM OVERVIEW:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive strategic programs and projects related supply chain and engineering issues to support Applied Material's spares and services business
  • Analyze data using tools from basic excel, to Tableau Power BI, as well as embracing AI to support analytics and decision making.
  • Develop strategies that drive the future of supply chain at Applied Materials.
  • Interact with all cross-functional groups, from external teams suppliers and customers, to internal team of engineers, supply chain, legal, and operational teams.
  • Improve internal processes to drive cost down and efficiency up.
  • Complies with all policies and standards

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Background in basic program / project management concepts
  • Understanding of supply chain fundamentals
  • Ability to analyze data and create presentations (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Preferred semiconductor knowledge/experience
  • Data analysis

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:

  • Minimum: Masters Degree/ MBA
  • Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or MBA
  • GPA requirements 3.0 or above

  • Execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Supporting partners through the process of implementing PayPal products on their platforms by providing guidance on the integration and engaging cross-functional teams when needed
  • Identify the proper internal contacts needed by building a network of cross-functional relationships
  • Consistently follow-up until project is completed
