What you’ll achieve

As aTechnical Staff, Data Center Power Architect, you will participate in the development of next generation large scale AI Infrastructure including accelerated compute, AI fabrics and AI optimized storage. You will have the opportunity to engage with high profile AI customers to optimize solutions for their applications and tune the system for maximum performance.Drive innovation atlevel with liquid cooling technologies and power density.

• Engage with high profile AI customers to optimize solutions for their applications

• Be responsible for driving the architecture of end-to-end solutions from server to data center, including air and liquid cooled servers, integrated rack solutions, power distribution and heat rejection

Essential Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience and working knowledge of data center power distribution and thermal technologies from servers to the data hall

• Product architecture/design, testing/compliance, and installation/operational experience with high power data center equipment (MV/LV transformers, solid state transformers, energy storage, switchgear, panel boards and distribution):

• Working experience and certifications for UL508A, CE (IEC 60204, 61439), OSHA, NEC (NFPA 70, 70B, 70E), NERC

• Solid understanding and knowledge of and relationships with key suppliers of data center power and thermal management components

• Ability to travel and to assess customer requirements, develop blueprint based on the customer's geographical area with strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering(Advanced degree highly preferred)

This job is responsible for supporting project or testing activities in an operation department or Line of Business, researching and documenting organizational reviews, and conducting workflow analysis, data preparation, and triggering. Key responsibilities include pulling testing output and comparing to templates/requirements, opening defects, updating statuses, and analyzing data. Job expectations include resolving complex problems based on business knowledge and defined project guidelines, executing test scripts, and partnering with Development teams to resolve defects.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the Testing team in gaining an understanding of changes being executed, writing and executing scripts, completing data preparation, and conditioning and triggering events
• Leads the resolution of defects, providing necessary documentation, and communicating with Development resources and project stakeholders on resolution and retest statuses

LOB Description:

Provides technical and analytical support in Global Operations function for one or more product areas. Responsible for the analysis and resolution of moderately complex operations problems and initiatives requiring exception handling and working with multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve. May participate in projects and/or introduction of new initiatives, systems, products/services and processes. As a technical expert, acts as a unit advisor providing technical support to less experienced associates. • 7+ Years of experience administrating M365 and Google Workspace configurations.

• 5+ Years of experience with Slack Enterprise Grid administration and integrations.

• 5+ Years of experience administrating Exchange, Exchange Online, Cisco Cloud Email Security or other email systems and have implemented DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and BIMI.

• 3+ Years of experience administrating Windows and Linux OS.

• 1+ Years of building and implementing AI agents, MCP Servers, and in-product AI enhancements.

• Deep expertise in administering Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Slack Enterprise Grid, with strong skills in platform integrations and automation using PowerShell and Graph API.

• Track record of securing enterprise applications and applying identity and access management principles, including hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Cisco Cloud Email Security, Active Directory, and Entra ID.

• Experience implementing and supporting AI-powered agents and enhancements, and using tools such as PowerAutomate and Google Apps Script.

• Advanced problem-solving capabilities for complex networking and firewall issues, along with knowledge of release management and compliance standards such as CAB, MS Purview, and MS Defender.
