The position reports to the Global Industry Strategy & Execution Lead. This is a permanent role.

Your key responsibilities

• Connect and collaborate: Be ‘the glue’ driving close connectivity and collaboration across the Sector, Super Region (SR), and Service Line (SL) teams and ensure alignment with global and SR enablement teams. Cultivate community engagement with the GCSPs that supports a view of client demand and buy in of prioritized accounts to drive growth of the Sector.
• Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts: Work closely with GCSPs of the strategically important accounts in driving solutions and campaigns to fuel growth, while converting opportunities to wins for replication by strengthening relationships and working closely with SL and Region Account / Pursuit teams.
• Facilitate and drive execution: Support the shaping of the vision and ambition for the Sector in collaboration with the Global Sector Leader (GSL), SR Sector Leaders and SL representatives and drive end to end execution; Support the activities of the Sector Board ensuring disciplined and impactful board management. Understand and monitor macro-trends for the Sector and orchestrate the strategic planning cycle to drive growth, support prioritization and timely deployment of solutions, accounts and capital.
• Go-to-Market & ‘Big Bet’ Activation: Support GtM and operations teams to ensure effective delivery of the GtM strategy and execute Sector big bets and alliance initiatives. Involved in supporting capital allocation ensuring investments are prioritized against the Sector strategy to drive growth.
• Brand & Market Reputation: Jointly support with BMC and Insights, the right market reputation for the Sector including sector analyst relations and foster relationships with external parties to support EY’s strategic positioning within the Sector.

Your key responsibilities

The goal is to support our clients to transform their business through product management. As a Product Manager, you will work with multi-discipline feature teams including user experience experts, architects, engineers and others to define and roll out products and services for large global organizations. You will take a user-centric and data-driven approach to product development. You will advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle. You can break down and simplify complex processes and touchpoints to deliver exceptional experiences. You are a strategic thinker, can prioritize and define product roadmaps, manage a product backlog, make quick decisions and coordinate the team to release quality products within planned timelines. You understand modern platform structures, cloud architectures, digital platforms and enablers, and data strategy considerations. In addition, you understand and have a perspective on how product and delivery organizations are structured and operate within complex, regulated national and global companies. To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.
• Facilitate discussions with technical, design and business subject-matter resources to document requirements, establish a vision, and articulate alternatives for future state solutions across various domains and channels.
• Has set product vision, defined and managed product roadmaps, prioritized and managed the backlog and has led product launches.
• Can participate in and drive ideation sessions, standups, sprints and scrums.

Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Managed Services Center Senior Analyst (Senior)

The risk landscape is continuously changing due to market volatility, geopolitical crises, wide-spread economic changes, regulatory reforms and cyber threats. Clients retain IRM Managed Services to assist them with transforming their risk functions and providing operational support for technology solutions to provide the executive leadership with valuable insight for decision making. As an IRM professional you will belong to a globally connected team of specialists delivering services from our Dallas Service Center.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a member of our IRM service center, you will be part of a specialized team supporting the delivery of risk and technology solutions on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms such as Archer Technologies and Service Now.
