If you’re looking for an experienced and skilled tech management role that gives you the opportunity to make a positive impact on a company’s success and customer service, then look no further than Expoint’s technical support manager role. As a technical support manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical support team and making sure that technical queries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively. You will provide guidance and mentorship to the technical support team and strive to maintain the highest customer service standards set by the firm. In addition, you will be hands-on in helping the technical support team to solve customer service queries, software development and system issues. You will develop new processes and procedures to ensure efficient and reliable technical support services. You must have an in-depth understanding of the company’s IT structure, as well as a comprehensive understanding of customer service best practices and industry standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring the overall customer service performance of the technical support team and generating performance reports. You will constantly review calls and escalate issues to the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing customer feedback and complaint resolution. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, customer service experience and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate must have an excellent understanding of technical support operations and the ability to analyse customer feedback, trends and technical issues.
