As a technical support manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical support team and making sure that technical queries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively. In addition, you will be hands-on in helping the technical support team to solve customer service queries, software development and system issues. You will develop new processes and procedures to ensure efficient and reliable technical support services. You will also be responsible for monitoring the overall customer service performance of the technical support team and generating performance reports.
