As a Technical Solutions Consultant Cloud Data Google Shopping Solutions, you will be an integral part of the Expoint team, tirelessly delivering world-leading technical solutions for the cloud to our customers. This role primarily focuses on helping customers set up and maintain their Google Shopping campaign attributing, collect actionable insights, and comes with a deep understanding of how data and technology can be used to drive successful campaigns. You will be responsible for understanding a customer’s needs and then selecting, implementing, and optimizing technical solutions to fit those needs. You will act as a liaison between developers, product teams, and engineering so all parties are communicating effectively & efficiently, and making sure the customer’s wishes are met. You will provide support and assistance to customers in the implementation and use of our software, as well as troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring data accuracy and software performance. You will also write technical documentation, develop and manage training materials, and generate relevant reports. You must be a strong problem-solver with an unsurpassed attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
