As a support manager, you will be responsible for overseeing help desk staff and services. You will collaborate with product developers and engineering teams to provide technical and request support to customers. Your duties include ensuring customer satisfaction, efficiently resolving customer issues, and maintaining a knowledge base of troubleshooting solutions. You will also play a key role in training staff on product use and troubleshooting customer requests.
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who have exceptional customer service and communication skills, troubleshooting abilities, and technical aptitude. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Additionally, experience with product support and system administration is preferred.
