Your Key Responsibilities

As a member of our IRM service center, you will be part of a specialized team supporting the delivery of risk and technology solutions on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms such as Archer Technologies and Service Now.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Experience with data feeds, APIs, and other integrations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Possess working knowledge of and prior experience applying risk management fundamentals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Past experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects / work streams

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $86,500 to $142,700. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $103,700 to $162,100. Your Experience

  • Experience: 7+ years in support roles, working directly with large global customers and partners in addition to internal teams (such as DevOps, Engineering, QA, Product managers..)

  • Experience as an Enablement Engineer or an Escalations Engineer is a plus

  • Experience working with Public Cloud provider technologies and services (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, Alibaba, etc..).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Scripting skills (JS/Python/Powershell)

  • Strong proficiency in both Linux and Windows operating systems

  • Kubernetes implementation and troubleshooting experience is required

  • Experience training internal technical teams is a plus

Wealth Management Fraud & Claims associates will handle inbound calls from clients, branch offices, banking centers, and various internal associates. They will also be responsible for the claim initiation and status updates of various fraud and billing disputes, on our clients’ bank accounts. Associates will handle a wide variety of claim types including but not limited to: credit card, debit card, ATM, check fraud, ACH, and online wire transfers for wealth banking products.

Responsibilities:

  • Services banking products with high-risk activity to maximize approval of legitimate transactions, minimize client impact at the point of sale, identify fraudulent activity and restrict account activity
  • Assists Fraud Strategy partners with development of new tactics by facilitating controlled tests and simulations within the production environment
  • Tests existing customer facing capabilities (credit, debit, transactions, deposit activity, and online activities) for unknown vulnerabilities resulting in potential fraudulent exploitation and unplanned loss
  • Participates in triage related to Executive Escalations & Incident Response fraud activities
  • Reviews and investigates reports of suspected fraudulent activity with accurate recording of data captured during client interactions
  • Follows established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
  • Assist clients and internal partners with banking claim and suspicious alert inquiries, initiation and updates

  • Assist IRM service center manager with project planning and identification of opportunities to improve delivery of services
  • Communicate issues and seek support in a timely manner to eliminate roadblocks and drive collaboration, speed, innovation, and excellence
  • Maintain a professional communicative relationship with IRM engagement team utilizing IRM service center support
  • Provide timely, comprehensive, and accurate information in both written and verbal communications

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 2+ years of relative development experience as a System Administrator
  • Archer Certified Administrator – Specialist or Archer Certified Administrator – Expert (formerly Archer Certified Professional)
  • Experience with data feeds, APIs, and other integrations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Possess working knowledge of and prior experience applying risk management fundamentals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Past experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects / work streams
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve
  • A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude, seeking for improvement opportunities which can positively impact the business
  • An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional image and approach
  • Decision-making capabilities, with an ability to weigh the pros and cons of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one

Ideally, you’d also have

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related area of study preferred
  • Prior military experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance or higher
  • Past experience mentoring and developing personnel
  • ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Proficiency with scripting and data integration within the ServiceNow platform
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $86,500 to $142,700. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $103,700 to $162,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
