As the Specialist Customer Success Partner, your main function is to provide groundbreaking customer success partner services to enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities include leveraging existing industry knowledge, providing insights to identify and mitigate customer service issues, and delivering customer success training. You are also responsible for giving demonstrations and presentations at customer events and onsite visits, developing customer relationships, and strategizing to develop and execute customer success plans.
Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be put to use in order to build strong partnerships with customers, as well as collaborating with sales and technical teams on customer engagement. Additionally, you are able to provide in-depth analysis of customer usage and corresponding SAP products, while offering customers advice, guidance, and recommendations regarding strategies and best practices centered around customer success. You must have a deep understanding and knowledge of the SAP values, best practices, and multi-product solutions portfolio.
