In this role, you will act as an ambassador for the company, defining a vision, developing project plans, and ultimately ensuring customer success. In addition, you will be expected to identify potential opportunities for technology enhancements and new solutions, as well as collaborate with other departments and our partners to ensure milestones are met throughout each project. You will master the company’s products and serve as a technical expert to our customers, understanding their needs and providing impeccable customer service. You will report to the Director of Solutions, working hand-in-hand with other departments to ensure project objectives are met.
