The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is an essential part of any tech company – they bridge the gap between strategy and implementation, and are responsible for the success (or failure) of projects. At Expoint, we are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to join our team. Our SPM will possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities and be comfortable leading projects through all facets of development. The ideal candidate will be both experienced and engaged, guiding their team towards releasing innovative products and experiences. Their responsibilities will include planning and scheduling large-scale projects, drawing up detailed roadmaps and identifying and mitigating risks, effectively managing available resources and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification. They will need to ensure that all stakeholders remain informed, as well as motivate their teams and ensure continued staff morale. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent project management, organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate should also be well-versed in using software such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Agile and similar.
