As a Salesforce Administrator on Expoint, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the Salesforce platform. To excel in this role, you must have exceptional problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and excellent customer service skills.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the overall administrative tasks associated with the Salesforce platform. You’ll need to be familiar with Salesforce’s various components, including objects, security and customization. You’ll be expected to troubleshoot issues and document process flows.
You will also be building and managing user accounts, setting up user roles and profiles, and configuring workflows. On a daily basis, you’ll be responsible for creating reports and dashboards, running processes, and performing data migration and integration. You must be able to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adhere to strict deadline and accuracy.
The ideal candidate must possess a deep knowledge and love of technology, the ability to learn quickly, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be a detail-oriented self-starter, who is comfortable working independently as well as functioning within a larger team environment.
