The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a key position in the tech industry, responsible for engaging and qualifying leads to help the sales process. Expoint is looking for an experienced SDR who can identify and build relationships with prospective customers, introduce them to our product offerings, and drive conversations that result in closing new business. The ideal candidate will have top-notch communication, research, and organizational skills. Discretion, integrity and affinity for problem-solving will be key qualities of success. At Expoint, the Sales Development team plays a critical role in marketing, generating leads and driving the sales pipeline. The Sales Development Representative will learn and execute strategies to reach new customers and perform tasks that include, but are not limited to, prospecting, inbound lead qualification, account research and outbound sales activities. Successful SDRs need to be self-driven and always looking for ways to drive conversations and move opportunities through the sales cycle. We are looking for individuals who are focused on results and can learn our products quickly to effectively communicate their features and benefits. The Sales Development team at Expoint is passionate, hard-working, and dedicated to providing our customers with the best service possible.
