In this role, you will be a member of an industry-leading RF Receiver Systems Engineering team. Your primary focus will be on the evolution of RF receiver lineups, level-plan calculation, system simulation, with a strong emphasis on the FR1 RF transceiver and RF frontend architecture. You will collaborate closely with other architecture and systems engineering groups, RF design and software engineering teams to assess, specify, and drive receiver lineup concepts. Your attention will be on groundbreaking performance and uncompromising quality as the baseline for differentiating products. YOUR DAILY WORK INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING TASKS: - Translate system-level and performance requirements into requirements for the receiver system, including a breakdown to component and block levels. - Setup simulations (e.g., MATLAB, ADS, C/C++, Python) for receiver lineup analysis. - Identify and analyze critical requirements, providing in-depth assessments of RF performance metrics, timelines, and risks. - Align the requirements, design targets, and design trade-offs with other teams, such as hardware design and software engineering. - Define the specifications as requirements for the RF analog hardware design project.- Assume full responsibility for the concept work and product development process and ensure its detailed integration into the product launch.

- Proficiency in cellular 3GPP standards (LTE, 5G NR FR1/FR2/FR3, 6G) and UE-related radio link specifications.
- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to effectively collaborate and connect with diverse, international teams.
- Preferred Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Cellular system use cases, transmit/receiver interactions, and cellular signal constellation.
- Comprehensive understanding of receiver performance parameters, their associated impairments, and extensive experience in analyzing their systemic impact.
- Programming skills and experience in efficient implementation of algorithms are welcome to explore boundaries of performance requirements and system wide optimization. Python is a plus.

Job Summary
Prepare shipments and paperwork for delivery. Receive and process daily freight shipments. Maintain organization of the warehouse and receiving area. Deliver materials to and from production floor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, store and distribute supplies and materials as directed. Assist with incidental movement of plant equipment and material.
- Cross-check shipping and ordering documents with actual receipts; prepare and distribute receiving slips and / or computer data. Make out necessary production and / or accounting forms.
- According to procedures, remove and identify samples of raw materials and ship to laboratory. Spot-check weights of raw materials when unloading or before shipping.
- Following shipping procedures, select items to be shipped, make up cases, pack in proper containers in prescribed amounts, seal and identify, and deliver to shipping point.
- Responsible for processing items for parcel post, air mail, foreign shipments, and any other shipping documents, as required. Perform various inventories, as required.
- Keep equipment and working area in a clean and orderly condition.
- In the event of breakdown or shortage of material in original assigned work area. Perform other department assignments following work assignments procedures.
- Keep Shipping Supervisor informed of any off-standard work and any unusual or unsafe conditions.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, safety rules and safety regulations.
- Maintain the work area in a neat and orderlycondition.Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Train employees by using On the Job Training Processes.
- Perform duties in other areas as needed.
- Perform back up duties for shipping specialist in their absence.
Additional Responsibilities
Education
- High School or equivalent required.
Work Experience
- Minimum six months prior warehouse experience preferred.
