You will identify and eliminate risks as quickly as possible, such as identifying weaknesses and suggesting solutions. You’ll be a natural leader in the technical space, who takes ownership for the successful completion of the team’s projects and the successful implementation of existing and new projects. You will review and provide technical forecasts from the QA team and contribute to the technical direction of the business. Additionally, you’ll mentor junior developers and coach test engineers to improve their performance and skillset. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will also review the products and services that are launched, ensuring that they are consistent with the product requirements and standards. You will also ensure that the processes and procedures are in place to ensure that all regulations and legal requirements are met, and that customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal.
