Here's What We're Looking For:

The job of a Product Trainer is an important role in the tech industry. Working for Expoint, you are responsible for teaching and training individuals on how to use Expoint’s products. This includes educating users on their various products, helping them understand how its features function, and providing pertinent guidance when it comes to their product usage. As a Product Trainer, you must be up-to-date on all of Expoint’s products, as well as be knowledgeable about other competing products in the industry. It’s your job to understand how Expoint’s products work, so that you can provide an effective learning experience for users. To ensure the highest quality of instruction, you will have to have a deep understanding of the technology and the product itself, as you will be the key point of contact when it comes to any issues with its usage. In addition to educating users, you will also be integral part in the release of new products. As a Product Trainer, you will act as a midpoint between the user interface and development teams. It’s your job to ensure the product is user friendly and easily learnable. Successful Product Trainers are customer focused and organized. It’s important to understand customer needs and expectations and be able to provide solutions that enhance their understanding of the product and its usage. On top of this, problem solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills are also important to this role.
